5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within New Zealand only.

  • Standard shipping rates apply unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

  • Delivery estimates are guidelines, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather, public holidays, and other factors may affect timing.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we will send a tracking number by email.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for exchange or store credit within the timeframe listed in our Returns Policy.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with packaging and tags.

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items, gift vouchers, or personal care items (such as earrings).

Refunds are only issued where required by New Zealand consumer law or where we have made an error.

7. Accuracy & Availability

We aim to keep product information up to date, but errors and omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, or cancel orders affected by such errors.
