Shipping policy

We ship to New Zealand only (sorry — no Australia) and deliver via Go Sweet Spot with a required signature.

Orders placed on weekdays before 10 am typically go out the same day; after that they ship the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship on the next weekday.

Once your parcel’s on its way you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If it doesn’t show up, check your junk folder or drop us a line.

Shipping fees:

Orders over $99 are shipped free of charge. For orders under $99, these are our shipping fees:

• North Island (urban) – NZ$8

• North Island (rural) / Waiheke Island – NZ$12

• South Island – NZ$12

Delivered within ~1–3 business days for North Island, ~3–5 for South (rural/oversized items may take a little longer).

We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
