Always bringing the mouth party, Baron Hasselhoff’s is the creation of multi-award-winning chocolatier Clayton McErlane. Based in Berhampore, Wellington, he’s been crafting bold, bean-to-bar small-batch chocolate with inventive flavours since 2012.

The Baron has been known to get himself into a spot of trouble. After one particularly unfortunate encounter involving gold lamé, a prison sentence and some very bored guards, he found himself locked up for life.

Fortunately, there were donuts.

A little cinnamon, a little rum and a cunning escape plan later, and The Baron was free. This dark chocolate bar recreates that fateful combination – sweet, warmly spiced cinnamon donuts with a cheeky hit of rum, all wrapped up in rich 65% Pacific blend dark chocolate.

It’s so good it should probably be illegal.
