Inspired by the meeting of the Rio Negro and Rio Solimões in the Amazon, this bar brings together two distinct Brazilian cacao varieties that sit side-by-side – visually different, but beautifully harmonious. It’s like having two chocolate bars in one: the darker side is deep and fudgy; the lighter, naturally reddish side comes from rare Catongo cacao, known for its lack of dark pigment.
